Silk River Hotel Ha Giang

Location and Accessibility: Strategically located near the city center, the hotel provides convenient access to transportation and is ideal for travelers preparing for the Ha Giang Loop tour. Its proximity to the river and ease of reaching via buses from Hanoi were frequently noted as significant advantages.

We stayed here after our 4 day loop tour. We had a wonderful room on the 8th floor (808) with a stunning view over the river and the city. The room was very spacious, clean, modern and had a very comfortable bed. Everything was in top condition and overall I would say it is much more worth than we had to pay. Definately a perfect place for recovering after the loop. Best thing however was the staff: Ha Giang was hit by the flood overnight, all streets were flooded and there was no way of leaving the hotel for 24 hours and electricity broke down as well. Quan, the manager, took extremely good care of us cooking noodle soup and keeping us updated. And all this even though he had much more to worry out himself. We will never forget this experience and will definately come back if we return to Ha Giang.
