They prepared our room keys before we arrived so the check-in was super fast. Smiling staff at Front Desk and lovely Housekeeping staff. Got 1 free ticket for herbal bath each room worth 150,000 VND with herb tea and soup in the Spa on 4th floor. Good buffet breakfast. Huge room on 12th floor with river view. Good aircon and good hot shower. Very happy with our stay. A short walk from local market.

Fabulous hotel with very friendly staff! This hotel was perfect to stay for a night before the Ha Giang loop. I left my luggage here which was a great help. Would highly recommend!
