Haarlemmermeer Hotels with Airport pickup service

Super spacious, comfortable and bright. Because it's new and has high ceilings, it's a great hotel. This is the best hotel among the four hotels I stayed in in the Netherlands. ㄧIt’s less than 50 meters walk from Leiden Station. It’s super convenient and the environment is quiet and elegant. Although the location and the shuttle bus is convenient for travellers from Schiphol Airport, the shuttle bus is never according to the schedule (about 10~15mins delay for the bus to show up). The hotel rooms themselves are fairly decent. Cleanliness is alright. Amenities such as body soaps were not refilled when we checked in. The hotel has 2 restaurants and a bar but are all very loud, chaotic and in no way shape to relax and enjoy a meal. The restaurant workers were clearly overwhelmed and frustrated that they reflected that towards paying customers by being quite rude. Would stay there again if I need to for the price & location but preferably not.

The hotel was fine but for early flights leaving from the airport, the breakfast isn’t available until 7am. I made the error of booking the room along with breakfast for two which we couldn’t use. The staff presented us a breakfast box with mostly bread and water and only a serving for one instead of two. I asked the staff if the breakfast could be returned and deducted from the payment but they would not comply. The usual buffet breakfast might have been nice and worth the money but the “breakfast box” for 20euros was not.

Such a great experience, the hotel is located in a perfect distance to the city centre/shops and Amsterdam Centraal train station. All reception staff were lovely and easy to communicate with. The room was more on the smaller side however this is bound to be the case as all buildings in Amsterdam are tall and slim. The room was clean, the bed was large and comfy with clean sheets and comfy pillows. The bathroom was clean, the only negative I can think of is that there’s no separation between the shower and toilet space so the floor may get a little bit wet. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Amsterdam

The room is spacious for one person. There js a safety lock and a fridge in the room. Two water bottles are provided on my first day but that’s it. The reception will suggest you to drink water from the tap. The bathroom is in a good size, not too large and not too small. There is no shower curtain, only half cover glass, and therefore the floor outside the shower area will be wet after taking a shower. Hair dryer is available in the bathroom. Decaf coffee and tea are provided. The hotel is in a convenient location, only one station from the Amsterdam centraal. Spar is the name of the convenient store at the Sloterdijk station.

I like the Hyatt the rooms are nice and the bed comfortable, the buffet in the morning is not that tasty but it does it’s job! The shuttle should be free … even in hotels with less stars there’s free shuttles back and forth, the gym is very nice but the hotel in general has nothing fun, the menu of the restaurant is very very very simple ..

The room is decorated in a post-modern industrial style, which is quite exquisite. Given a dock and river view room. high floor. The room is small and well-equipped. There is a paid parking lot, 20 euros a day, you can come and go as you like. The surrounding scenery is good, with markets, restaurants, shopping malls, offices, etc. that are popular among young people. There is a restaurant downstairs. Breakfast alone is a bit expensive if you don't bring it in the morning. The transportation is convenient. You can go to the Central Station and take the free ferry from the ndsm pier. You can enjoy the scenery on both sides of the Taiwan Strait in fifteen minutes. The front desk is very professional and friendly. You can ask for a free toiletry set, but you must pick it up yourself. Not offered.

They specifically lied about the price of the bathrobe and slippers. The employee at the reception, a blonde Dutch guy told me that it would be 11,50 for one person. I couldn't pay right there and then because he said I would have to pay at checkout. They do this so that when you get there the next day to check out they can drop a price of 60 for 2 people when they originally said it was 11,50 per person. They charge an astonishing fee for the rental of the bathrobe and slippers who the employee told me was free. He was on duty at 22nd of February around 3-4 when we checked in. Also they were rude and unhelpful with accommodations and service. We are not a difficult couple but the service we got was below par. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone purely because of the very poor staff. -1 star

This is an an excellent hotel with easy access to Amsterdam. We travelled on the RNet bus from Schipol airport directly to the hotel. The railway station across the square from the hotel gives you 30 minute access into Amsterdam. Also great access to Haarlem a lovely town a mini version of Amsterdam without the crowds. The rooms are clean and modern. Staff very helpful and cheerful. We had a very relaxing 3 night stay here. The only negative the hot breakfast scrambled egg bacon and sausage needs to be kept hot it was cold and on cold plates not great. Good choice of continental foods breads waffles etc.

We came to this hotel because it looked quirky & to having a few relaxing days away with a couple of hectic Amsterdam days thrown in. The hotel was very good with decent sized rooms. We were on floor 11 with decent views of the surrounding area. There was a free safe in the room which is always a bonus which was straight forward to use. The hotel is situated in a great area for getting around with a bus & train station within 5 minutes walk. There is a shopping street pretty much straight outside which is decent if you need to buy anything. I forgot my toothbrush which fortunately I could pick up at the shop basically next door. Our room had a bath & shower which were easy to use. Although we never saw the housemaids our bed was made daily to a high standard. The hotel bar served breakfast which was continental but was perfectly adequate. The bar itself was ok with a decent variety of drinks & also serving food. The prices were what you would expect of a hotel of this standard. The staff were probably the hotels strongest point very friendly, very prompt & very helpful. I would like to give a shout out to 2 in particular. Benji & Daphne very polite & they couldn't do enough to make our stay impeccable. I would definitely go again if the opportunity arose. It's a first class hotel.
