KK Beach

A wonderful place to visit! Great location, a superb property and rooms, excellent food and outstanding staff! We loved it and our guests were very impressed! Our first visit, but we will certainly return in the near future. Highly recommended!

Recently spent 4 days at KK Beach on a return trip to Sri Lanka (having stayed at its sister hotel Kahandakanda in March) . The property is slap bang on a beautiful beach straight out of a tropical magazine image . The rooms are beautifully furnished in blue and white with exceptionally comfortable beds . Lots of nice touches - blue striped kimonos and flip flops to wear down to the pool (which was cleaned daily) and mini bottles of mosquito repellent . The staff are all exceptional - very friendly and eager to please. Special mention to Mudali, Patham, Kasun, Sahan, Thisaru, Supun and of course Chef whose meals were a highlight of our stay. Apologies if I’ve missed any of the boys as you were all so nice to us.

Had a fantastic stay in this gorgeous boutique hotel. The service was amazing from the start, everyone could not have been more helpful. We turned up very early and they went out of their way to get a room ready. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite which was huge and so comfortable. Every meal we had there was superb from breakfast to dinner. The hotel is only 20 min tuk tuk ride to Galle Fort so easy to go in the evening

We stayed at KK Beach in June of 2024. Without doubt it was one of most enjoyable and relaxing breaks we've ever had. The hotel is beautiful. The decor and furnishing are magnificent. The wonderful colours of the sea, the beach and the hotel gardens, pool and umbrellas all create a gorgeous setting. Our room was on the top floor with wonderful views of the beach and the sea. The room had lots of light and space and was infused with the most wonderful scents from cinnamon oils. The hotel food was superb, we enjoyed breakfasts especially the egg hoppers. Dinner was also fabulous with a great choice each night from a set menu along with an a la carte menu. We ate at KK Beach's sister hotel, Kahanda Kanda one evening, I would definitely recommend this. We were also given a mini tour of the villas and would consider spending a night or two there in future. A special mention must go the hotel staff all of whom were very welcoming and reflect the quality of both hotels. Kasun was especially helpful with useful information and in showing us the beach area. He also ensured that we always had cold water to drink on our lazy afternoons by the pool. We plan to return and would recommend this hotel as a great place to relax and enjoy the Galle area.

My partner and I stayed at KK Beach for just over one week. It was the perfect end to a very busy tripped packed with exploring. We stayed in Penthouse II, which was a brilliant room with amazing views of the ocean. The food was excellent throughout - a special mention on the curries and Mahi Mahi 👌. The staff at the hotel could not have been more accommodating if they tried, nothing was too much to ask and they were always there to help. I don’t normally do trip advisor reviews but felt compelled to following our stay here as all the staff and the owner, George, deserve the praise. A special mention to Kasun who was non stop on the waters and the sun-beds and also to Mudali, Kasuntha and Nipuna (AM) who were all amazing as well. I have missed some names off here but thanks to all the staff. We will be back to this magical hotel. Thank you KK Beach and the entire team. Love Seb & Tash.

KK beach is absolutely wonderful- everyone here is so charming and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for an amazing trip. In particular Kasun who runs the garden and pool was the most incredible person, nothing is too much trouble and his kindness and attention to detail is amazing. Overall this hotel is a very special and memorable place and I highly recommend it.
