Hotel have good atmosphere very funny and friendly personel awesome holidays nice beach close to hotel(they have bus) clean pool ( cleaned everyday) room is cleaned (everyday ) good tasty food next year I'm here again for sure 🏝️🏖️

Just returned from a week at Roseira Beach and there are good points and bad. First impression, great reception and friendly staff. However, the rooms and the rest of the hotel is dated and in definite need of upgrading. Great shower though! I go on holiday to relax and found the music from the pool very loud and off putting so spent most of the time down the beach, which is lovely, quiet and only a short walk, cardiac hill is a bit of a challenge but a great way of burning the calories off! The food was good in the main restaurant had different options most nights and great choice for breakfast and again the hotel staff were very helpful. However, the pool snack bar could have more options besides a burger! Drinks: The local spirits tasted very strange, tried a vodka and gin, (couldn’t drink it) however, the wine was okay. The rooms were cleaned everyday and you couldn’t fault the cleanliness. The view from the room was amazing. One tip, take a hairdryer, our room one was a little old!

The hotel is very clean staff are very helpful the pool bar staff Emri and Denzi always cheerful and nothing is two much trouble for them variety if food all day some not to my taste but they have to cater for more many nationalities pool music too loud sometimes it's like been in night club not sitting around the pool all in all would definitely stay again

First of all, I would like to thank the entire team during my stay here. The service provided at this property is commensurate with the price paid. If you are looking for an ultra-luxurious facility and high comfort, this facility may not fully meet your expectations. However, you get what you pay for at the service standard of a four-star facility. It is not a suitable option for those who expect a very high level of service and comfort for a small fee. However, you can be sure that you get what you pay for.

This place is the worst place I have ever checked into. The pictures of the rooms are fake. The water out of the faucet was yellow. The A/C didn’t work. The hallways smelled like urine and the property was dirty. The food was subpar. I checked in and left after 2 hours with no refund. Stay at your own risk. The front desk lady was nice.

Lovely hotel all areas around the pool reception and dining areas all very clean.. the staff are very pleasant helpful and friendly. Especially Emri and Deniz working the pool bar who wud always have a smile were very helpful. The young men working the Restaurant were also very polite

I would like to explain in detail the negative experiences we had during our stay. Firstly, it was striking that the food served at the hotel was overly saucy and lacked variety. The fact that the food was not satisfactory in terms of taste caused the general dissatisfaction of the guests. In addition, the inadequacy of the hotel staff in terms of service was a glaring problem. The reluctance and inexperience of the employees in the service led to the fact that they could not meet the expectations of the guests. However, the ongoing construction work in the coastal area where the hotel is located was also a factor that negatively affected the accommodation. The noise and chaos negatively affected the guests' experience of rest and relaxation. The fact that the hotel, which is a preferred accommodation for holidays, was affected by such construction activities around it was a situation that did not meet expectations. It was also disappointing that the services that the hotel was supposed to offer were not at the promised level. The fact that the "all-inclusive" services offered at the time of booking were not of the expected standards was a situation that shook the confidence of the guests. The hotel's claimed quality service and food lacked in actual execution, increasing the dissatisfaction of the guests. As a result, these negative experiences should be taken into account by the business and necessary improvements should be made. By increasing the training and motivation of the staff, the quality of service can be increased, the variety and taste of the dishes can be studied, and the impact of environmental factors on the accommodation experience can be minimized. It is essential that such improvements are made in order for the hotel to offer an accommodation experience that meets the standards it promises.

Otele girdiğiniz andan itibaten mükemmel bir ilgi ve karşılama sizi bekliyor. Güvenliğinden tutun personellerine kadar herkes güler yüzlü. Odaların temizliği desen mükemmel, yemekleri bi harika. Gerçekten tatil yapılabilecek mükemmel bir yer ❤️ tavsiye edilir

This hotel is nicely located within a 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. Loved the authenticity of this fishing village, walked down to the pier and enjoyed a couple of different restaurants. The hotel room had a very good air conditioner, clean linens, coffee/tea, and a fairly large bathroom. Doshan at the front desk checked us is and surprisingly spoke English well vs. the staff at a much more expensive resort in Bodrum. The breakfast and lunch had all the options of Turkish and some English/Western cuisines. The pool was great, a big fun water slide and the live DJ made it even more entertaining. Our biggest complaint is number of people who smoked cigarettes at this hotel- by the pool, outdoor restaurant seating area, and also some guests on our floor were smoking in the morning. All and all for the price it was a good choice.
