가족여행으로 해남을 방문하면서 숙소는 깨끗하고 위치만 봤는데 생긴지 얼마안되서 깨끗해서 지내는동안 좋았습니다.
조식도 8000원에서 5000원으로 할인을 했는데 아침에 가볍게 먹기 너무 좋았고 직원분들도 깔끔하게 관리하는 느낌을 받아서 너무 좋았습니다.
무엇보다 호텔 근처에 청소년센터나 가깝게 도서관도 있고 아이가 잠깐 시간 보내기 좋은 곳들이 있었고 주차가 협소했지만 옆에 교육청 주차장을 이용할 수 있어서 오히려 더 좋았습니다.

신설은 새건물이여서 깨끗하고 조용해요
주변에 먹을곳도 많고 맛집 이동할때 걸어서도 갈수 있고 택비 타도 만원이하 나와서 좋아요

해남읍에 위치.
시장과 주변상권이 좋은편.
어디든 갈 수 있는 최적의 위치라고 생각함.
시설또한 최근에 지어져서 좋음.
그래서그런지 조식이 무료제공됨.
다양하지는 않지만 죽,스프,빵,샐러드,커피,우유,주스,컵라면 딱 기본적인 것들이라서 아주 만족.
무료라서 그런가 낭비하는 나쁜 사람들이 있어서 보기안좋음.
직원분들 친절하고 바로바로 정리하는 모습을 볼 수 있음.
주차장이 협소하다는 단점.
비올때 대략 난감..
냉동실이 없어서 얼음물은 어려움. 조금 아쉬움.
결론, 해남 재방문시 다시 방문하고싶은 좋은 호텔임!

해남에서 이런 퀄리티의 숙소를 만날거라는 상상도 하지 못한 흠잡을데가 하나도 없는 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 침실과 욕실 너무 깨끗했고 이불도 포근했고 정성껏 준비해 준 차와 커피도 감동적이었으며 시간이 안 맞아 먹지는 못했지만 저렴한 가격의 조식도 준비되어 있었다. 1층에 식당과 카페가 있었고 바로 앞에
맨발 걷기 둘레길도 있어 산책하기에도 좋았다
