So I've booked this place and when arrived i could not find it, phoned the number given someone answered and said there is no booking with them then he asked me to come upstairs (block of flats) he said sorry there has been a misunderstanding you do have a booking let me clean the room up which i was fine with, i asked where can i park my motorbike as I'm not leaving it on the streets overnight he said there is no parking either on the street or there is a secure parking 10 minutes away which i wasn't happy with.
I asked him to just give me a refund and I'll book another hotel close by je said yes but now refusing to issue a refund.
After all that i wouldn't book again.
No 1 it says hotel which it isn't
No 2 it says they have parking whick they don't
No 3 not organised at all
