Room was well kept. Coffee machine was not that good, nor very clean. The coffee machine downstairs used to be on for customers but it's been off for a long time now. The bathtub in the small room was a good bonus. Very quiet area and super central. Check-in was a bit slow despite people just chilling in the back😅

The room was pretty clean and cozy, the balcony was quite spacious, the bed was comfortable. There was a little back and forth related to final settlement, I wish that could've been solved more easily.

This hotel describes the so-called comfort single room in text and illustrations much more favorably than reality. After complaining, the staff, who apparently do not speak Dutch (which is regrettable in itself, of course), want nothing to do with it and are unwilling to do anything about it. All very disappointing. This is the first time I have booked this hotel and most certainly the last. 😠

The room was very clean and air-conditioned. It was close to the station and major attractions. It was about a three-minute walk from the Queen's Palace. The facilities were relatively new. The soundproofing was good at night. It was better than expected.

I booked the smallest room, and it was a bit uncomfortable because there weren't many outlets. A small table would have been nice. However, the view was beautiful and romantic.
