This hotel doesn't offer breakfast, and there's an extra €5 charge for the in-room kettle. The hotel information on Trip.com was significantly different. The tram in front of the hotel goes to the Peace Palace and the Central Station, so the location is fairly convenient. This hotel doesn't have the 24-hour front desk service advertised online. If you need to check out, there's a remote-controlled counter screen in front of the counter; you need to know how to operate it to check out. Although the hotel gave us a four-person room, it was a duplex. The first floor had a single bed and a bathroom; the second floor had three single beds (no bathroom), which would be very inconvenient if we needed to use the bathroom at night. The Tribe Hotel, diagonally opposite this hotel, has a very good breakfast (€25 per person), which you can enjoy for an extra charge.
