Not great catering. The lasagna was overcooked, we couldn't eat it. For butchers at the Queen no problems On receipt of the bill no discount and 8€ too much charged for the champagne. We will not return there again. The setting is very pleasant and friendly. Beautiful terrace and veranda

Unheated room, I am told that I have to tap the tap to have heating, you have to be a plumber to sleep in the hotel. I ask to change rooms, I am offered a more expensive suite which I ask for at price of the initial room and there miraculously there was a normal room available…

Very good meal but terrible service, half an hour wait for the final coffee while it was unbearably hot in the room due to excessive heating, in addition people were smoking inside the restaurant

Nous avons séjournés 2 nuits à l'hôtel des Pins, une chambre au rez chaussée, on arrive dans une autre époque, décoration horrible, propreté douteuse, la salle de bains des années 60, pas de meuble de rangement, on prend la douche et l'eau s'écoule jusque dans la chambre, on le signale à l'accueil et il le savait, mais rien n'a été fait 😡 La serrure de la porte d'entrée de la chambre qui s'ouvre mal et en partant la poignée nous ai restée dans les mains Heureusement la literie était bonne Nous avons bien mangé le soir au resto et l'accueil sympa Par contre un petit déjeuner à 12€ par personne, 2 morceaux de pain, très peu de fruits, les photos sur le site sont tout autres, on voit de la brioche, kouglof, un grand panier de fruits Nous sommes très déçu 😞

Que dire.... hotel de très mauvaise qualité. Prestation plus que médiocre. Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits mais vu l'état des chambres (nous sommes partis le lendemain matin)nous avions demandé des chambres rénovées) nous avons eu une chambre non chauffé. Moisissure sur les murs, coccinelles mortes sur les oreillers et ainsi que sur les murs. Je ne vous parlerai pas de l'accueil des gérants qui nous ont dit de partir ..... 90 euros la nuit c'est une honte. Nous sommes allés à l'ibis d'Hagueneau ou pour 30 euros de plus tout était super Je ne recommande surtout pas cet hôtel... Touriste passez votre chemin.

Der Geschäftsführer der uns empfing war sehr nett und angenehm! Man fühlte sich sofort wohl! Empfang durch Riesen Dogge...zahm und im Entree 1 Papagei und einen Sittich. Köstlich die Tiere. Zimmer sehr gut und Super Betten. Das Zimmermädchen (Frau), sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Ein Lob an Sie. Alles sauber und für den Preis günstig. Essen im Wintergarten. Ein Raucherabteil, wo aber so eine gute Lüftung hat, dass man absolut nichts riecht. Das Essen ist einfach exzellent!!! Hohe Qualität!!! Selten in Frankreich so gut gegessen! Weine Top. 5 Sterne Qualität!!! Kein Wunder, der Inhaber hat früher in der *Krone* Unterstrasse in Zürich gelernt. Sehr renommiertes Lokal in Zürich. Fazit; Alles viel mehr als erwartet. Preis, Leistung absolut gerechtfertigt! Herzliche Grüsse aus der Schweiz und Deutschland an den Inhaber, Geschäftsführer und die Zimmer Dame. Wir kommen bald wieder und haben ja nun endlich mal ein Hotel und Restaurant, das unseren (höheren) Ansprüchen vollumfänglich entspricht!
