Hai'an Rui Hai Jinling Hotel

This should be my third stay here. I've stayed in winter before, but this time, the air conditioning couldn't blow hot air. Yesterday, the lowest temperature in Hai'an was 9°C and the highest was 15°C. It was so cold! When I asked, they just offered me an extra comforter because it was cold. Is that really the point? This is the first time I've encountered a hotel where you have to rely on extra blankets to stay warm. Plus, the sheets had two holes, and there was some unidentified object on the floor.

The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, including seafood, hot dishes, and desserts. The breakfast selection was extensive and fresh, and the service was thoughtful and attentive.

The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the room was spotlessly clean – truly professional. The hot water came out quickly and with good pressure, and the toiletries were of good quality. They really pay attention to the details, and the service was excellent. The dishes in the private dining room were also very good; it's a great place to entertain guests.

On a business trip to Hai'an, I chose the Ruihai Jinling Hotel. Its location is excellent and easy to find, with a huge parking lot both above and below ground, making parking very convenient. The room attendant was professional, always responsive to requests, and incredibly warm and polite. Highly recommend!

I chose the Hai'an Ruihai Jinling for my business trip, and it truly lives up to its reputation as a premier high-end hotel in the area. The overall decor is subtly luxurious and grand, the room is spacious, and the work and rest areas are well-divided, with attention to detail evident throughout. The buffet restaurant on the 15th floor offers a wide variety of dishes. The front desk staff were efficient and courteous during check-in, and any requests were promptly attended to. The convenient transportation around the hotel makes it ideal for meetings and errands, saving a lot of hassle. I highly recommend it for business travel; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hai'an!

The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The hot water in the bathroom was great, and the overall environment was pleasant. It's conveniently located close to other hotels in the city. My only minor complaints are that the breakfast wasn't very varied, and some of the dishes were cold.

Extremely disappointed. The room was incredibly noisy, facing a main road. It was stuffy without opening the window, but the air conditioning made it too cold. There was an air freshener in the room that gave off a cheap perfume smell the moment I opened the door. It took me a while to find the source and throw it out immediately. When checking in, the front desk didn't set up the room card correctly, so the elevator wouldn't work. I had to drag my heavy luggage back to the front desk to fix the card, which was exhausting. The price wasn't cheap, but it truly wasn't as comfortable as hotels like Hanting or Atour. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to eat breakfast, but I did glance at it from outside, and it looked decent.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, very close to Hai'an Railway Station – just a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. It's also super easy to find places to eat and shop nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with new facilities and a nice view. Breakfast offered a great variety, including hot dishes, pastries, and fruit, and everything tasted delicious – I really enjoyed it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent value for money. This is definitely a great place to stay if you're visiting Hai'an.
