海安本身就是個小城市，而酒店所在地是城西面十餘公里一個名叫胡集的小鎮，路南是達欣集團的小區，路北是達欣集團的大樓（酒店），而周圍是農田和工業區，比較偏僻。酒店樓很高，裝修顯老舊，我所住的房間淋浴房裡有長頭髮，馬桶邊有長頭髮，枕頭有異味，床單有漏洞，體驗感相當不好。

孩子打比賽主辦方規定的酒店沒辦法更改，環境太差衞生太差，比賽持續了好幾天少訂了一天，再加一天在網上訂門店還不認可必須安排他們酒店的價格續住一天268元，其實一點都不值這個價格，如果不是孩子住在哪裡怎麼也不會住的。

大床和標間一樣的價格 大床衹有一份早餐 打電話問前台能不能多給一份早餐 因為兩個人 前台説不可以 你可以花錢買 我説一樣的價格我為什麼要多花錢去買 那我説我改標間是兩份早餐能不能給我換大床房 也不行 反正態度很囂張 很不友好的語氣 説實話本來就是鄉下地方偏僻的要死 要不是陪老公回老家我也不會去住 兩百多的價格在這種鄉下地方 又不便宜 而且裝修和佈置都很老了 服務還那麼差 一個前台而已 不知道在囂張什麼
