出差來海豐一般來這裏住，酒店比較特色，全屋船板，床，桌子椅子凳子都是，還有游泳池，足球場，主要是靠近客户，方便，不過這次體驗一般，早餐取消了，前台有麪包，齁甜齁甜的那種，服務也沒以前的感覺了，本來交通不便，現在優勢更不明顯了

Un vrai plus distributeur d'eau de source dans la salle de bain. Personnel accueillant. Réfrigérateur très pratique dans la chambre. Accès gratuit aux piscines intérieures et extérieures. A recommander sans hésitation.

超過預期，這間酒店性價比真高，可以游泳，可以焗桑拿，可以健身，就差打桌球打乒乓球了，很多人踢足球踢足球，還有卡拉OK和麻將房，也可以晚上來運動的人挺多的，像我們這樣實際住宿的人不多，所以不會很吵，游泳池非常大，水質也亮，因為旁邊就是水庫，就是海豐縣的飲用水水庫，嗯，水是有按摩嗯，恆温十大概20多度吧，遊起來不會太熱，也不會太涼，10分舒服，桑拿有免費水喝飲料提供，要訂有送券的房，下午晚上才開，上午不開，房間都是落地窗而且都挺大的，遠處可以看到蓮花山下面，推崇訂泳池房，充電線免費，唯一不好的地方就是冰箱不製冷，如果去汕頭或者去潮州經過汕尾，我肯定住這裏

環境很好，五一特意過去度假的，我們已經是第二次過來了，前台小姐姐態度也很好，帶孩子過來，訂的套房衹有一張床，後來換了雙床房，酒店有足球場，游泳池和健身房，對面有羽毛球館，運動也特別方便，下次有空還會過去玩。

房間衞生、四周環境及前台服務都蠻好的，是一間性價比較高的酒店，有需提升及完善如下：一是設備設施需定期維護，住三天共更換三次房、分別因樓頂風機響聲及振動大、房間的卡連續兩天開不了門換房。二是服務意識及方式需提升，五一期間有免費早餐提供，但需住宿的人員全部下到一樓領，為什麼不憑住宿實際登記人數來派發？三是安全意識待提升。早上（約6點左右）退房櫃枱是沒有服務員的在現場（上次來住的時候也是這樣的），退房的鑰匙就放在櫃枱的退房鑰匙收集盒，這個是少見管理模式，一般酒店或公寓前台服務絕大部分是24小時，這個是對住宿人員的保障。

首先房間是有點陳舊了，空調噪音很大，開了一直嗡嗡響，不開又悶熱，一晚上睡不好。其次早餐很差，每次無論幾點用餐，都沒有幾個菜品，而且食材很差。最後是前台服務，遇到問題一直敷衍了事，體現不出酒店前台的專業，對講普通話的以為外地人，不認真對待客户提出的問題，難怪越來越差。

泳池不錯，房間不錯啊，前台服務好，有贈品小吃和各種免費茶飲。唯獨餐廳沒開業，總體與主題相符，是一個前途無量的酒店。

房間設施老舊，臟臟的，游泳池也不乾淨，年份有點久遠了。算是當地比較大型的酒店。房間高樓層景觀比較好，視野開闊，沒有其他了。
