Baoli Siji Hotel

I have been booking this hotel for several years since they opened. unfortunately their hygiene is going down hill. every year the rooms are getting dirtier. The carpet is full of dirt and everywhere are hair. next to the sink were still a fake eye lash. Then the first day when we got back to the hotel we found that our room was not tidied up eventhough we have given the green light to signal to tidy up our room at the door. When we complain to the reception, we found an unfriendly employee who tried to tell us that we have to tell them at the reception if we want our room to be cleaned up. I noted to her that we have been booked into this hotel for years already and never needed to do so. she jsut said i ll send someone up angrily and hang up. Anyways this will be our last time booking into this hotel. the hygiene is just too bad. the carpet is disgusting and finding hair everywhere is not giving me a good sign of cleanliness either. not to mention the fake eye lash next to the sink.....
