This facility is located outside the main drag. It was nice and quiet. We had an ocean view. Walking distance to the ocean- no swimming allowed/available at this location. There was no food service and no restaurants within walking distance. Washing machine came with the room- for family with children this was a great asset. Though there was a kitchen- there were no plates or silverware to eat with, nor pots or pans to cook with. There was a stove.There was only 1 glass in the bathroom, when asked if they could provide another, we were told the previous customers broke one. However, it was not replaced nor another provided for us. Small store was about a 10 minute walk. Provincial hospital which also has an International Clinic was very convenient. We mostly used Didi to get from place to place. There was a swimming pool which was supposed to be open daily. However, when we did decide to have a mid morning swim, we were told the pool wouldn’t open until 3:00pm. Needless to say we were quite disappointed! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this facility. There is definitely some room for improvement. For someone with medium expectations and a quiet place to stay- this is ideal.

The Swedon I stayed at before was a bit old, but the location was good. This place advertised as newly renovated, but that's a lie. It has the same decor as the Swedon, and don't even think about cleanliness—it's appalling. I stayed there with my friend, and she's already questioning my hygiene habits. There were medicine wrappers, used food packaging, and cockroaches in the bedside table. I'm numb to it all. I sincerely advise you not to fall for it. If you had come at night, you definitely would have checked out and found another place.
