I had high hopes for this hotel based on the pictures in the listing. However, my experience was far from what I had imagined.
The room was in a state of disarray. The shower door was noisy, dirty yellow at the bottom. There was an overpowering smell of cigarettes throughout the room, making it difficult to sleep. The center table was covered in dust, and everything else needed a thorough cleaning.
I initially struggled to find the hotel due to the lack of clear check-in instructions. I called the staff, but unfortunately, they didn’t speak English. Despite this, they were kind and helpful, carrying my luggage for me, which I greatly appreciated. They needed me to fill out a form last minute which just wasted more time.
One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the lack of information about the room types. I didn’t know what I was getting until the last minute, and it was difficult to understand what I was paying for. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.
To improve the guest experience, the hotel should provide separate room types for each room. This would allow guests to know exactly which room they are staying for and avoid any confusion or disappointment. There is nothing more frustrating they arriving and noticing the room is nothing like what you saw online.
The location is fantastic, right in the city center with lots of eating options and shopping mall right next to it.
