Ming Yue Xin Hotel (Qilou Old Street)

Right in the middle of Qilou Old Street, with tons of great food around. The room was clean and tidy, and even had a smart toilet. I'll definitely come back next time!

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Haikou. It offers incredible value for money, with patient and enthusiastic service from check-in to check-out. The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with a fixed showerhead and a smart toilet. The front desk staff are professional, friendly, and provide excellent service. It's in a very central location, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions – many are just a few minutes' walk away. This made my trip incredibly worthwhile. In the evenings, I could even explore the night market. I strongly recommend this as a transit hotel for your Haikou trip. Most importantly, the front desk service is fantastic – patient, meticulous, and enthusiastic. They respond and resolve any issues quickly. The front desk ladies are not only beautiful and nice but also very thorough and patiently handled all my questions. I'll definitely stay here again!

For my Hainan island cycling trip, I chose Mingyuexin Hotel from start to finish. The front desk service was warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. The room was clean, tidy, and stylish, and the smart toilet was a real highlight. The hotel is located right on Qilou Old Street, and the sign at the entrance showcases the building's history, making it the perfect starting point for exploring the old street. Most importantly, it's right next to a Giant bicycle shop, where my bike, which I had shipped over, received professional assembly and maintenance, ensuring the smooth completion of my cycling tour. I'll definitely be back next time!

The location is fantastic, very close to Qilou Old Street, making it super convenient for exploring the area. However, the facilities really left a lot to be desired. First, the toilet seemed to be short-circuiting, constantly flushing. I had to unplug it and resort to the manual button, which barely released any water. Then, the shower. I let it run for half an hour, and it was still cold. Only then was I told that the upstairs unit had been turned off. What a hassle!

Great location right in the Qilou Old Street scenic area. It's just a few minutes' walk to Xitian Temple, and there are tons of street food options nearby. You can drive right up to the hotel entrance, which is really convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and it offers excellent value for money. The exterior isn't much to look at, but the inside is really nice. I checked out a few places and ended up choosing this one.

The room isn't huge, but it's clean and hygienic! I was really happy that the Gree air conditioner had both heating and cooling functions. The service was excellent; they dealt with issues promptly. Great value for money!
