The hotel rooms have very premium interior and comfortable bed. They come with unlimited top up of drinks and snack, and free breakfast and night supper. Most importantly their counter crews and cleaner staffs are very friendly and quick in request. Highly recommended!

Hotel interior was done nicely though exterior is old or not well maintained. There is supper provided and a laundry room. Simple and well designed. Love the hotel shower and toilet seat is heated.

The food delivery service was quite unique: riders dropped off orders at the lobby, and then a robot delivered them right to our room door. It was so much fun, and the kids absolutely loved it, even deliberately ordering several more times just for the novelty! Interestingly, while other hotels often have similar setups, they usually just leave the food in a downstairs locker for self-pickup, so this direct-to-room delivery was a fantastic differentiator. We were traveling from Sanya to Haikou and spontaneously decided to stay at Atour. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and always went the extra mile to assist us. While the main building itself feels a bit dated, stepping into the Atour lobby on the 8th floor is a pleasant surprise – it's very modern and grand. A huge thank you to the staff at Atour Hotel! They made our anniversary truly unforgettable and incredibly special. When I first booked, I arranged to have some gifts sent to the hotel in advance.
