Mercure Haikou City Center

Staying at the Mercure Hotel Haikou Downtown was definitely the right choice for my trip to Haikou! The hotel is right in the Guomao business district, super close to MixC Mall, which made it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining out in the evenings. The hotel itself is very well-maintained; the lobby is clean and bright, and the underground parking is spacious and tidy with clear signage, making it easy to find a spot and get back to the hotel. The staff were friendly, and the facilities are excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. It's a great option whether you're traveling for business or leisure. Highly recommend!

My stay at the Mercure Haikou Guomao Center was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to Mixc City for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Second time staying here! When I arrived, the front desk lady told me they'd already arranged a high-floor room for me and even gave me a bag of fruit 🍉. Last month I was on the 19th floor, and this time I'm on the 20th, facing the school, which is nice and quiet! Breakfast was great! And I appreciate getting a notification when my laundry was done.

Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded my room, which was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also a small bag of welcome fruit. During my stay, a small robot delivered my takeout orders right to my door, and the front desk was very quick to respond to requests like room cleaning. The breakfast had a good variety, with both Chinese and Western buffet options, as well as freshly cooked rice noodles and other noodle dishes. The location is also great; it's about a fifteen-minute walk to Wanhua Garden.
