Overall, I was satisfied. The late checkout until 4 PM was a nice touch, and the service was good.

This is my first time writing such a lengthy review, and this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in during all these years... First, I want to express my gratitude for the staff's excellent service attitude! However, this is definitely the worst hotel I've stayed in during my ten years of business travel, even worse than budget chains like 7 Days Inn. It's absolutely speechless; I'm shocked that an Atour hotel could be like this!!! Upon entering the room, there was a faint, stuffy, indescribable odor, and it was quite strong. To top it off, there was no hot water in the room!!! In Hainan in November, having no hot water for a shower (it was completely cold water, not just 'not very hot' as the staff claimed, but absolutely cold!) is just unbelievable. The staff moved me between rooms, finally landing me in one with hot water, though the temperature was only lukewarm (it's not about me being a woman needing hot water; the actual water temperature was probably around 30 degrees Celsius...). I could barely manage a shower and wash my hair. After all that hassle, I discovered the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned after the previous guest. Imagine... stepping out of the shower barefoot only to find a dirty sink... Speechless. From midnight, I started to question if the bedsheets had been changed... I didn't even dare to touch the sheets much while sleeping...
