The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm. The breakfast had a great variety, and the Hainan rice noodles were delicious. The laundry and drying facilities on the first floor were very convenient. They even offer pickup and drop-off service to the high-speed rail station, which is perfect for independent travelers.

Check-in was quick, and they proactively introduced the hotel facilities and breakfast times. Room service was also meticulous and responsive. A hotel staff member even helped with my luggage. Room: The room was more spacious than I imagined, with a logical layout and no strange odors. The large floor-toceiling window offered a great view, and the night scenery was particularly beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress had just the right firmness, and there were two pillow heights to choose from, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, stable hot water, and the toiletries smelled nice and were generously provided. Dining: The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western. The ingredients were fresh, and the freshly made omelets and noodles tasted great. Supper was available after 8:00 PM, with a rich selection, and the service was excellent. Facilities: The gym had a full range of equipment, and the laundry room allowed for washing clothes anytime. A hotel staff member could even deliver the freshly laundered clothes to my room, which was fantastic! Airport Transfer: The hotel offers complimentary airport transfer services in a 7-seater business vehicle, which is very thoughtful. You can book the transfer directly at the front desk. Location and Value for Money: The hotel has convenient transportation; it takes about 30 minutes by taxi to the city center. Considering the location, facilities, and service, it offers excellent value for money. It's highly suitable for business trips or family vacations, and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained with new facilities; the hygiene details are impeccable. The front desk staff are warm and professional, check-in is lightning fast, and they respond promptly to any requests. I have to give a huge shout-out to the staff at Haikou High-Speed Railway East Station Intercity Hotel! I was in Haikou for business this time, and I fell at the airport, hurting my foot. I was also lugging a suitcase and a bag, and it was really painful. As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance for check-in, a kind staff member immediately came up to me and, without a word, helped me with my luggage. He not only carried my bags to the front desk but also assisted me throughout the check-in process, holding me up. He was worried I’d get tired standing too long and even pointed out the nearby seating area where I could rest. After check-in was complete, he then brought my luggage to my room door, and before leaving, he thoughtfully reminded me that if I needed anything at all, I could call the front desk anytime. The whole process was incredibly considerate and attentive, without a hint of impatience. Traveling alone, I felt so much warmth and care. Every time staff members saw me, they would proactively ask how my leg injury was and if I needed any help. I was truly touched. The service at this hotel is simply outstanding. Next time I'm in Haikou, I will definitely choose this place again!
