WEST COAST HOTEL

My first time visiting Haikou, and based on popular choices, I ended up staying at the West Coast Hotel. As soon as I got out of the car, someone was there to open the door and help with my luggage. Check-in was relatively smooth.

The hotel room was very comfortable inside, and the exterior view was beautiful. Since it was the off-season, they even upgraded our room.

Stay: The hotel was very kind and upgraded my room. Sitting on the balcony by myself, enjoying the sea breeze, all my worries just melted away. The room was clean and spacious, and the facilities were well-maintained. The biggest bonus was the incredibly comfortable bedding 😴. Food: Breakfast was a buffet, featuring local Hainanese noodles, which I thoroughly enjoyed at my own pace. For lunch and dinner, there was a thoughtful room service that was very fast, and the dishes were delicious 😋. Experience: What truly impressed me was the service. The hotel offers a WeChat concierge service, and after I checked out, they proactively contacted me about an item I'd left behind. The communication was exceptionally gentle and efficient! The end of one journey marks the beginning of a new life. Many thanks to WEST COAST HOTEL for providing me with such a peaceful and restful stay. I'll definitely choose WEST COAST HOTEL again on my next visit to Haikou 🏝️.

Extremely satisfied! WEST COAST HOTEL offers better value for money than hotels in Sanya. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. We originally booked the hotel next door, but stumbled upon WEST COAST HOTEL while looking for the swimming pool and ended up changing our reservation. The staff member we encountered in the lobby provided excellent service. They even gave us a shuttle ride to pick up our car and sent us complimentary welcome fruit – a huge thank you! My child loved the large swimming pool; the water was clean, and there was always someone supervising. If only we had more time, I would have loved to stay a few more days.

The room facilities are excellent, with a private beach, and a rich breakfast. The staff are especially warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. A special shout-out to our butler, Chen, who was fantastic! 👍

The room was absolutely fantastic! The hotel even upgraded our room type, which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff was very patient and helpful. Plus, the hotel's beach is superb, making it a great choice for family trips or a romantic getaway with your girlfriend.

The hotel is brand new, and its all-white decor is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, and the fridge comes with complimentary drinks. There's also a laundry room with a dryer! The pool is very relaxing, and it's super close to the beach, perfect for an early morning run. Overall, it's excellent!
