Four Points by Sheraton Haikou International Airport Hotel

I chose the Four Points by Sheraton near the airport for an early morning flight. I'm a frequent guest at Four Points by Sheraton, and this stay was, as always, fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good. The front desk staff was warm and friendly, and there were plenty of shuttle buses to the airport, which was incredibly convenient.

Facilities: Very comprehensive and new. Hygiene: Clean, with attention to detail. Environment: Nicely decorated, and there are plenty of entertainment facilities. Service: The front desk staff are very polite and always willing to help with any issues.

I stayed here during the holidays. To be honest, the soundproofing in the room was quite poor, mainly because it's close to the airport. They do offer an airport shuttle service, which was why I chose it – for convenience. It's only about a 15-minute drive for an early morning flight. The hotel service has improved a lot, but they still need to pay attention to the details. The hotel is relatively new, and many things are still evolving, which I understand. There was no strong new renovation smell in the room, which was acceptable. For food delivery, you don't need to go downstairs; a robot brings it to your room. My child loved the robot, so he was always happy when food was delivered – it's just a shame you can't talk to it, it's just there to work. When I checked in, I told the front desk I needed more water, and they sent extra bottles, which was great and without any additional charge. One regret is that the hotel pool wasn't open. I asked the front desk, and they said it wouldn't open until May. It was very hot, and my child really wanted to swim. It's an okay place overall, but there aren't as many activities for kids as in Sanya, after all, it's not really a resort hotel. Most importantly, there are a lot of mosquitoes in Hainan, so be aware of that! Be sure to prepare for sun protection and mosquito repellent when you go out.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy airport transfers. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff (especially the lady) was warm and attentive, check-in was efficient and quick, and any requests were promptly addressed. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle service was excellent. The breakfast was good, but the pool wasn't open yet. The surrounding area is a demolition zone, but there's an old 'Laoba Tea' (traditional Hainanese breakfast/brunch spot) you can try – it's a bit of a 'fly restaurant' (a small, no-frills local eatery). I only considered the proximity to the airport when booking and didn't think about my child's experience, which was a mistake. The young lady at the front desk provided truly outstanding service. She was more thoughtful than I was, calm and unhurried. The five stars for service are entirely for her. I was originally quite annoyed about an issue, but seeing her attitude, I didn't have any further complaints. Many things happen by chance, and that's understandable.

Upon arriving at the front desk, we immediately felt at home thanks to the two young staff members. Check-in, upgrade, room service, and airport shuttle arrangements were all handled seamlessly. Their service was friendly and warm. This renowned hotel truly lives up to its name. The breakfast area was spacious and bright, offering a wide variety of food. The airport transfer service was also very thoughtful. Highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton if you're taking the high-speed rail from Sanya to Meilan Airport for a connecting flight! I have to commend the front desk staff – their service was incredibly warm and professional. Check-in was super fast, and they were patient and thorough, even proactively offering tips on local attractions. It was a heartwarming experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, and my stay was perfect; my family was also very happy. I'd love to come back again, definitely in the spring next time!

The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and tidy. The gym and public areas are well-equipped and maintained, with an elegant and quiet atmosphere. The overall quality is excellent, with modern and comprehensive facilities. The stay was comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommended for travelers.
