Haikou Cloud Villa B&B (Hainan University Haidian Island Branch)

The room facilities are all very new and clean, with no strange odors. The bathroom is large, the bed is big, and there's a clothes drying rack. The bedding is clean, the water pressure is good, and I was very satisfied with the parking availability.

Facilities: The facilities are very new, with smart curtains and lighting controls. There's also a projector and smart toilet. For a guesthouse, I'm already very satisfied! Hygiene: Both the bedding and all the little details were excellent! Very clean! Environment: It's very close to the North Gate of Hainan University, and a taxi to Haida Night Market is very cheap. It's also not far from Qilou Old Street. Service: I believe there's free coffee, but our timing wasn't right, so we didn't get to try it. Overall, it was excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Haikou!

This is our sixth day in Hainan, and this B&B has been the most satisfying place we've stayed so far. First off, the location is near Hainan University, and the surrounding area is really nice. What sets it apart from other B&Bs is that while some might be good themselves, their surrounding facilities can be quite lacking – not the case here. Secondly, the entire room was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed. The nightstands, toilet, bathroom, etc., were all spotlessly clean. It felt like everything had just been washed and dried – that kind of comfortable clean. Thirdly, the attention to detail really stood out. All the basic amenities were from good brands. The sofa was clean and comfy, and even the hairdryer was a Laifen! We booked a twin room, and it came with two sinks, so we didn't have to 'fight' for space when getting ready. Then, waking up in the morning and seeing the sunlight stream perfectly onto the sink area – that moment was just incredibly peaceful and relaxing. I chatted with the owner for a bit; they're very enthusiastic, haha. They even mentioned their coffee beans are Jingdong-selected – nice! Apparently, it opened in December 2025, but the cleanliness is still impeccably maintained. The owner said two people clean each room, which explains why it's so spotless! Hope they keep up the good work!

The B&B environment is great, the kids loved how clean it was. There are lots of food options nearby, very convenient! We arrived quite late and just walked out to find a place to eat, and the oysters were amazing!!

Booked 4 rooms for a family trip. The rooms were new and spacious, and my family was very satisfied. There are also many places to eat nearby! The staff had a great attitude too. The only minor issue was that the entrance sign wasn't very clear, making it a bit hard to find.

The room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the front desk staff were lovely and helpful. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the Xiao Du smart control system was a nice touch. For this price, getting such a great hotel is really a steal. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean, and the facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool. The service was also great. With the floor-to-ceiling windows, the view in the morning was lovely. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Haikou, as it's conveniently located near everything.
