Hampton by Hilton Haikou Qilou Old Street

The location is superb, within walking distance of Qilou Old Street and the Bell Tower, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and a separate wet/dry bathroom. The service was warm, attentive, and prompt. Breakfast offered fresh and diverse options, and the overall amenities were comprehensive, offering great value for money. It's a quiet haven in a bustling area, my top choice for travel, and I'll definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect, and the location was very prominent.

The hotel is very close to Qilou Old Street, making transportation convenient, and you can do laundry here. However, the soundproofing is really subpar. There's a gym upstairs, and every morning and late at night when people are working out, my room gets incredibly noisy and the entire room vibrates. It's impossible to sleep well. The shaking starts very early in the morning, leading to a poor stay experience. The hotel also has a music hall, or perhaps a bar/KTV, which also gets loud and vibrates at night, echoing the gym's noise. Breakfast was decent and quite varied though.

The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Qilou Old Street. Parking is tight, so it's not ideal if you're driving. Breakfast is consistent as always. Since it's a new hotel, the KTV downstairs can be a bit noisy at night, and there's a strange smell in the room.

The hotel's location is excellent. The service was impeccable, especially the attention to detail; when I accidentally dropped my room key, they didn't charge me, which I really appreciated. The staff were warm and polite. It truly lives up to the Hilton name – highly recommended for everyone to choose and stay here.

The hotel is conveniently located 500 meters from Qilou Old Street and offers parking, making it easy to visit the old street. The hotel is quite new, the breakfast is excellent, the staff are friendly, and it offers great value for money. You can book with confidence – you won't be disappointed!

The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options and excellent fitness facilities. I was particularly impressed by the self-service laundry room – the machines are new, clean, and there are three washers and three large dryers that work really well. Both the hotel's amenities and services are top-notch. The only downside is the lack of a bellboy, so you have to carry your luggage up yourself. We stayed in room 1030, which had an obstruction outside, making it a bit dark. Also, the entire 10th floor is a smoking area, which is something to consider if you're traveling with children. Despite these minor issues, I'm still giving this hotel a full five-star rating!

Overall, it was very good. The service was excellent, and the environment was pleasant and made me feel very warm. I especially appreciated having a laundry room. The breakfast could be improved and offered more variety, which would make it even better.
