This hotel is located 10 minutes by car from the airport and 30 minutes from the city centre. It offers a free shuttle service to/from the airport and Meilan train station. The first floor offers a beautiful library space where you can read and have a rest. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast offered is not varied and a bit bland; however, the staff is helpful and friendly.

The environment is great, and the front desk service is very considerate. There's also a book bar on the first floor. The hotel's free airport shuttle service is very convenient.

Mediocre. The pillows were awful, felt like lumpy cotton. The central air conditioning was very loud. Facilities: Average. Cleanliness: Average. Environment: Okay. There was a significant difference between the actual hotel and what was shown in the reviews and pictures, which was quite disappointing. I won't be booking here again.

The facilities are quite new, and the overall cleanliness is very good. The environment is lovely, and the service is very attentive. For the price, it's generally good; the design is great, and the location is convenient. You can even order takeout at night. It's not far from the airport, and the pickup drivers were very friendly. The hotel's overall atmosphere is very comfortable and kid-friendly, with a large book area.

The room isn't huge, but the layout is really creative. There's a small loft with a tatami mat, which could easily sleep two more people – it's a really fun touch and the kids absolutely loved it. We didn't land until 11 PM, and the hotel offers a real-time airport pickup service. It was a pretty spacious minivan, though we did have to wait for other passengers. The driver was working hard, driving and coordinating pickups all by himself. The hotel design is quite fresh and minimalist. The lobby has a lot of super comfortable seating and tons of books; it would be lovely to spend some time reading there. There's also a small, pretty garden. For breakfast, besides the buffet items, you can also get freshly cooked noodles. Overall, it's pretty good and offers excellent value for money.

The hotel is very spacious and offers excellent service, including a 24-hour shuttle to and from Meilan Airport and Meilan High-speed Train Station. Our flight landed at 1:30 AM, and the driver patiently picked us up and safely delivered us to the hotel!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean and hygienic, but the real highlight was the bookstore downstairs. Plus, they offer airport transfer service, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The room was spacious, and downstairs there was a kids' room and a book bar, so the environment was excellent. The staff at the front desk, both the young man and young woman, were incredibly friendly. When we checked in, they immediately asked if we needed to pre-arrange airport shuttle service for our departure. They also offer free luggage storage, which is super convenient for us folks from the North. It's close to the airport, and they have free airport pick-up and drop-off. We left in the early hours of the morning, around 4 AM, and having a car transport us saved us a lot of hassle.

Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive in Haikou until the middle of the night. Luckily, the hotel offered pick-up service right from the airport, and they even helped us with our luggage. The location is fantastic, very close to the airport, which saved us a lot of hassle. It's also right next to a Jihua Hotel. The front desk staff saw we had a baby and kindly upgraded our room to one with a loft, which made our child incredibly happy! Despite the affordable price, the room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. There's even a small courtyard where kids can play. This hotel offers excellent value for money.

The environment here is pretty good, oh my god, my little darling, oh my little darling, oh my god, oh my goodness, oh my heavens, oh my heavens, I really want to see it, boohoo boohoo boohoohoo.

Overall it was good, but once you stepped out of the elevator or your room, the hallway design was so confusing I had no idea where to go. It was really impractical, and I had to walk around twice with my luggage… I was already rushing to catch my flight! Also, when I was closing the window, the screen slammed shut on my hand; the window seems to be a bit broken.

I just followed the driver's instructions and waited at Gate 5 for a few minutes, and they picked me right up. The next day, they dropped me off at the airport ahead of schedule. It's perfect for travelers with layovers or those flying out the next day. Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Very clean Environment: Lots of restaurants nearby. I ordered takeout from Meilan Zaopocu, and it was fresh and delicious. Service: Excellent service, they even allowed a late check-out. Overall experience: Five-star rating

The hotel's main advantage is its convenient location, being close to both the airport and high-speed rail station. It's perfect for a late arrival and early departure. The hotel's cleanliness is decent, and there are restaurants and shops nearby, as well as a play area for children. The 24-hour shuttle service to Meilan Airport and Meilan High-Speed Rail Station is a huge plus – very convenient! Overall service was satisfactory.
