Exceeded my expectations, a fantastic experience! I originally just needed a place for a layover, but I never expected such a wonderful resort. The gardens are beautifully designed, the rooms are spacious, and they even have a royal zoo, a card room, and a swimming pool – absolutely everything you could ask for.

This hotel is great; I've stayed here a few times. The environment is fantastic, and it's very affordable, offering excellent value for money. The garden setting with small animals is a big hit with my daughter. Xiao Tian even upgraded our room for free, which was a very nice touch!

The hotel is nice and has some decent amenities and the staff are very friendly and helpful, however it is a little outdated and in desperate need of a refurbishment. Our room smelt like damp and the pool wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there with leaves everywhere in it. Bit to mention the metal bars between the room and pool had severely rusted. But again this just means it needs a refurbishment. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us and meet our needs.

Pros: Great environment and excellent service, especially from Xiao Li and Xiao Juan. They even upgraded my room for free! Cons: It was too damp, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. The location is a bit out of the way. But the biggest issue is that I booked it on Ctrip for 448, and now it's 198 – I feel like I totally overpaid!
