Mission Hills Resort Haikou

Today is our second day here, and we chose a package with breakfast and hot springs. We even got mooncakes! We played golf during the day and relaxed in the hot springs at night – it was so peaceful and quiet. The breakfast spread was also excellent. Maybe it's the off-season since school just started, but there weren't many guests. After playing golf, the front desk lady recognized us right away, which was a wonderful feeling. Haha, it felt just like coming home. We'll definitely be back to stay and play golf here again.

Traveling with kids, and they even upgraded our room. The hotel service was quite good, and while the room was a bit old, it was well-maintained. The only downside is the hotel's remote location, making food delivery inconvenient.

Absolutely fantastic! The resort is huge, the environment is beautiful, and the service is superb. They helped us with our luggage, and because we were dropping off our son for university, they even allowed us a late check-out. We stayed for two nights and I want to give a special thank you to Bethwang at the front desk. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The room was very spacious, and the hotel even helped me with a late check-out since I had a connecting flight at the nearby airport. Manager Yin provided excellent service, even bringing a complimentary white fungus soup to my room late at night.

The hotel service was excellent. Stephy proactively upgraded our room and arranged everything perfectly. She was so kind and beautiful.

Our hotel experience was fantastic! Both the comfort and service were very satisfying. Manager Sun Ting helped us with a room upgrade and a late checkout, and she was always quick to respond to any requests – truly thoughtful service. The buffet dinner was superb, and Eric from the restaurant, who served us, had a wonderfully warm and friendly smile. I would definitely recommend this place to friends for a vacation.

This is definitely the most satisfying hotel I've ever booked. It includes an outdoor park, an indoor heated swimming pool, and hot springs. The overall environment is beautiful, and there are plenty of activities. I actually had a more enjoyable time at the hotel than exploring Haikou city itself. Full marks!
