Hilton Haikou

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The staff even proactively contacted me on WeChat beforehand. Not only was the service excellent, but they also upgraded my room type. The check-in experience was fantastic, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful.

This hotel is perfectly located for easy access to everything, with Wanlu Park right nearby, making transportation a breeze. The hotel itself is quiet and pleasant. The rooms are well-equipped and complete, and the concierge was incredibly attentive and efficient. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety of meats, vegetarian options, and pastries. Overall, a perfect experience. Just what I needed to enjoy the sea breeze of Haikou Bay.

The hotel service was really good. The front desk was very thoughtful during check-in, and the guest relations lady arranged a room with a nice view. The common areas of the hotel are bright and offer pleasant scenery. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, and it's convenient to walk to the mall. The concierge helped open doors and handle luggage when getting in and out of the car. The staff would also greet us proactively when we met them. Thumbs up!

Today, I left my bag at the hotel when changing hotels, and the housekeeper quickly helped me find it. They handled the unexpected situation very well 👍. This will be my top choice next time I come to Haikou.

Excellent! We stayed on the 50th floor, and the high-level views were truly special. The hotel's attention to detail was also impressive. We tried out the gym, pool, and kids' play area – the play area was a tiny bit small 🤏, but everything else was great. They even gave us a voucher for the Sky Bar, which had a live singer and was really enjoyable.
