Sofitel Haikou

On a business trip to Haikou, the hotel's location on Binhai Avenue is very convenient. It's not far to take a taxi to Qilou Old Street, and it's also very close to my workplace. The gym equipment is quite comprehensive, perfect for relaxing during downtime. The service response at night was also very quick. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient in handling issues. It's very suitable for business travelers.

My family and I had a great stay at the Sofitel Haikou this time. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We contacted the front desk in advance, and the lady there made sure all the extra items we requested were ready. The high-altitude infinity pool offers a stunning view of Haikou Bay in the evening. It's also very close to Wanlu Garden and The MixC. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will definitely come back again.

An excellent experience! The front desk staff were warm and attentive during check-in and even upgraded me to a sea-view room. The room was on a high floor with a wide-open view, offering panoramic city and sea views, which was absolutely beautiful! Breakfast was also great! A special thanks to one of the front desk gentlemen, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, who patiently helped me pack my luggage after check-out, easing all my worries! I'll definitely be back next time.

The front desk staff (a young man) was efficient and made the check-in process smooth. They were very responsive to any requests. A young lady at the front desk even helped me to my room, enthusiastically guiding me to the elevators and explaining the transfers. The hotel is very close to the Yundong Library, which offers great sunset views. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with no complicated procedures, and I felt very comfortable staying there.

The front desk lady was incredibly patient and a pleasure to communicate with. She patiently explained all the complimentary benefits, specifically mentioning the duty-free shuttle schedule (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday), the discount QR code, and where to board. After check-in, she even helped me with my luggage to the room. The room she assigned had an amazing view, which really enhanced the overall experience.

Right from the moment we arrived, the doorman was there to help with our luggage, very polite and enthusiastic. They kindly gave us directions to avoid traffic on the way to Qilou Old Street, and quickly registered our license plate; parking is free for hotel guests. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. 🎈

My stay at Sofitel Haikou was fantastic! The lobby on the 35th floor offers incredible views with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The service was exceptionally attentive, and the breakfast had a great variety. The infinity pool is perfect for photos, and the location is convenient, close to Evergreen Park. Definitely worth staying here when in Haikou!

The concierge was really helpful; he quickly got our large luggage settled and even put all the packages we'd mailed ahead of time in our room. He also recommended some great local Chaoshan restaurants. The facilities are comprehensive, and getting a taxi right outside is super convenient. The surrounding amenities are excellent too.

Choosing this resort was a great decision! The high-altitude lobby offers stunning views. There are plenty of dining options, with a Chinese restaurant on the 4th floor, a buffet on the 34th floor, and a music bar on the 36th. It's also a short drive from the hotel to get to the Cloud Hole Library. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and after a long day, coming back to the room truly helps you unwind and relax.
