There was a miscommunication between the front desk and the breakfast counter. Was told that they have given complimentary breakfast ( I dint ask for for it) during check in. When I headed to the breakfast was informed that I need to pay for it... Head straight to the airport for my breakfast instead... When boarding the cab, the bellhop were chatting among themselves. Only when my luggage was in the trunk of the cab they came over to offer their help... Personally I wouldn't recommend haikou hilton due to the uncoordinated communications and the service levels.

The housekeeper sent the location of the homestay, the location is very easy to find. The room is clean, the living room and balcony face the sea, really can ”facing the sea, waiting for the spring flowers to bloom” the scenery is particularly good, great. There is also a mahjong table in the room, which is good for leisure and entertainment. Come back next time.

The hotel is pretty, smells really good, super clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is big, has a nice balcony, and I found it more beautiful than in the pictures. It was definitely an awesome stay. I highly recommend!

The environment is very good and the service is very good. The location is more convenient, near Wanlv Park. It is very convenient to go to the old street of Qilou, go to the clock tower, go to the Century Bridge, and the Zuodong Library.

An interesting hotel with good value for money. The sea view is very good, the city view bridge view on the east side, and the pier on the west side. Downstairs is the Marine Park and the river view. There are three air conditioners or fans, which seem to be used for cooling, heating and blowing air respectively.
