The room was very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and proactive in introducing Haikou's attractions and snacks. They were like promotional ambassadors. The hotel is also very close to the attractions. You can walk to Wanlv Park and Qilou Old Street, but it is not very convenient during a typhoon.

This stay far exceeded my expectations – I absolutely have to rave about it! The hotel's location is incredible, right in the bustling city center, just a few minutes' walk to Qilou Old Street. It made exploring and dining so convenient. As someone traveling by car, I was thrilled they have their own parking lot; no more worrying about finding a spot, which gave me such peace of mind for my travels. As a four-star hotel, the facilities absolutely did not disappoint. Everything was complete and functioned well, with a touch of quality in every detail. The service was even more attentive; the staff were responsive and enthusiastic, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was clean and soft, making it easy to relax the moment I lay down, leading to a perfectly sound night's sleep. What truly impressed me was the hotel's 24-hour bookstore! It's rare to find hotels nowadays that seamlessly integrate a cultural atmosphere into the stay. Spending some free time browsing books in the store completely elevated the ambiance. For a hotel that balances convenience, quality, and character so well, I'll definitely choose this one again on my next visit. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Fantastic location, close to the old town and Sotte Porticos Streets. Large rooms and very comfortable. Hotel is a little old but don't let that put you off, the price is very good for the location. Lovely local restaurant directly opposite the hotel entrance run by a lovely couple and the wife is a brilliant cook using local fresh produce. Great local restaurants at the very end of the Sotte Porticos street where you can buy fresh seafood across the street and bring it back to the restaurant to cook. We just ate the fresh seafood at the restaurant and it was delicious.

The room was immaculately clean – every surface shone, the linens were fresh and crisp, and there wasn’t a single speck of dust anywhere. What really made the stay stand out was the service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to help. This hotel was one of the most comfortable stays I've had on my business trips to Haikou. First, it's only a 30-minute drive from Meilan Airport. The breakfast selection is rich, delicious, and nutritious. What's most worth mentioning is that the hotel staff can make excellent coffee ☕️, and if you're tired, the rooms even come with a massage chair 💺! Definitely worth recommending.

It's just a 5-minute walk to Qilou Old Street, making it super convenient to explore and sample the Nanyang-style food. My child absolutely loved the local snacks nearby. The room was incredibly new and spotless. The smart room controls were so easy to use – just one touch! The Hampton's signature bedding was so soft and fluffy, my little one slept like a log. Breakfast had a great variety, and my child could devour a big bowl of freshly-made wontons. The free laundry room on the 10th floor and the 24-hour gym were incredibly practical, and the free parking saved us a lot of money. The service was so enthusiastic, and the robot delivery was a fun touch. Our whole family had a wonderfully comfortable stay. This is definitely our top choice for a family trip to Haikou!

This was my parents' first trip to Hainan, and I chose the Homeinns Plus hotel. It's located in the Yintong International Center, which is super convenient for dining and getting around. Taxis to most major attractions take about 15 minutes. We arrived late, and the room I booked wasn't ready yet, so the front desk proactively upgraded our room type. Overall, the experience was fantastic! I'd definitely consider staying here again next time!

I chose the Hampton by Hilton Seamall Hotel for two main reasons: first, I trust the brand's quality, and second, its location is fantastic. Directly across the street is Wanlv Park, and if you get a higher floor, you can even see Century Bridge and the ocean. The hotel is brand new, with complete and modern facilities, and a high degree of smart integration. The rooms are spacious and bright. The breakfast truly deserves a special mention. The young lady at the entrance was incredibly warm and charming, with a radiant smile. The restaurant environment is comfortable, and the variety of food is both extensive and delicious. All the food stations were beautifully and elegantly presented, making everything look incredibly appetizing. I even felt it tasted better than some five-star hotels in Sanya and Shimei Bay. I stayed for two nights initially, and after a trip around the island, I chose to stay here again.
