Hailin Hotels with Gym

We chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the snow village. It is a very outdated and overpriced hotel. For the premium $400+ I spet I didn't feel it was value for money. It seems the owners do not put their money back into the hotel. The carpet was disgusting, the window sill did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had holes. There was a tissue stuck in the wall. It has aingerjng smoke smell. Some fresh paint and a wipe over would do a lot. We made do because we were really there to see the Snow Village and I am glad we needn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful to my family and I as we do not speak the language. They were able to help us book a return transfer and also an outing for the day. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and the people around us seemed to be enjoying it. The big letdown was the room, it did seem like no money has been put back into the hotel. It could be a very nice place. For the premium price you would think the hotel would have a free luggage service available.

The room is super big, at least four people can lie on the kang, and the mattress is very soft and not uncomfortable. As a southerner, I had no experience living in a floor-heated room for the first time. It was too hot to sleep at night, so I moved under the window to sleep well. Later I learned that I should open the window for ventilation for a few minutes half an hour before going to bed. When we booked the room, breakfast was not included. We asked the front desk if we wanted to add it. The supervisor was generous and sent us breakfast for 5 people. Although it was the simplest buns, soy milk, porridge, and small cold dishes, the small dishes were all delicious. The dried tofu was very fragrant, and the mixed lotus root slices were very tasty, sour and spicy, appetizing and refreshing. The scenery near the hotel is also very good, and every shot is very good.

The room is very spacious in the same price range in Xuexiang. The snowman and snow slope in the yard are also very photogenic. This five-star praise is for Miss Jingjing at the front desk. She takes great care of my daughter. When she saw me buying instant noodles in the cabinet, she boiled water for me with her own mineral water. She would come out and say hello to the children every time she passed by. She is very kind and warm, and the children like her very much.

The room was equipped with a humidifier and a hair dryer. Hygiene: The room was very clean and the restaurant was very bright. Environment: It is on the side of the road, but the sound insulation is good. It is not noisy at night. The air is very fresh. It snowed on the night of check-in. We had a lot of fun playing snowball fights and making snowmen. Service: The front desk guy was very friendly and played with us to make ice with water. The waiters in the restaurant were also very professional. The dishes were very large. The two of us didn't finish them. We were surprised that the breakfast was buffet style. Although there were not many guests in the hotel, the breakfast was still very rich. The corn was very sticky and fragrant, the sweet potato was very sweet, and there were bean paste buns. There was also a light snow hiking project. There was a professional guide with a sled dog to take us to the mountain to play with snow. There were also free large flower jackets for taking pictures. It was very photogenic. Highly recommended

Erlanghe Xueyun Holiday Hotel is really great! The location is excellent, the surrounding snow scene is beautiful, and you can go out to the white ice and snow world. The hotel building is unique and complements the surrounding environment, as if it is a castle in a fairy tale of ice and snow.

I must commend the owner of this hotel for her warmth and friendliness. The property has recently undergone renovations, and the sincerity of both the owner and the staff is palpable. During our stay, we enjoyed the exceptional food; we ordered lunch on both Day 1 (when we arrived) and Day 2 (before we leave) and regretted not trying dinner as well. In my opinion, the meals surpassed those offered at the restaurant we visited at Xueyunjie. As a first-time traveler to Harbin, Snow Town, accompanied by my family, which includes three children and my mother-in-law, I greatly appreciated the assistance provided by the hotel owner. She was prompt in her responses and guided me with clear directions to reach the hotel. Furthermore, she arranged for her husband to meet us at the shuttle bus drop-off area to help with our luggage. I am truly grateful for her support and am impressed by her patience. Her staff members were equally friendly and down-to-earth. The hotel’s setup resembles that of a high-end homestay, featuring newly renovated interiors. The room we booked, while not large, was adequate for our needs. The kang bed comfortably accommodated two adults and two children, while the queen-size bed on the opposite side was suitable for two adults. Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. The choice of floor tiles over carpeting was a wise decision, as it facilitates easier cleaning. One area for potential improvement is the condensation near the window, which can sometimes cause the bay window to become slightly damp, making it unsuitable for placing belongings. However, this did not significantly detract from our experience. In summary, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality provided by Yundingjiudian. If asked whether I would stay again, my answer would be an unequivocal yes!

There are scenic spots around, climb to the top of the snow dragon peak to see the smog, experience the exciting snow motorcycle, and feel the ethnic customs village. Highly recommend this hotel! ! ! Also, the temperature of the house is a bit high, maybe to prevent our little golden beans from being cold to haha, I hope it can be simply adjusted. In short, it was a very good experience~
