The hotel's service was excellent, and the front desk staff were really nice. This time, I had the concierge book a private car from Yabuli to Snow Town and tickets to Dahaozi Mountain, which was a great deal. Because I had a bad experience in Yabuli, I was quite worried coming here, but the hotel didn't disappoint us in the end. Everything was thoughtful, and they even upgraded our room during check-in. The room was very clean, and the location was pretty good too. The hotel also has a restaurant that's cheaper than the other grubby little places in Snow Town, though you might not know about it if you're not staying here, haha. Overall, if you're coming to Snow Town, I highly recommend this hotel.

the staff were really nice and helped me booked bus tickets a tickets to see raindeers. went out of there way to drop off at the bus station. hotel was clean. highly recommend

Room was good. Receptionist was very helpful when we needed help to book a ride back to yabuli train station. They also went out of their way to help us drag our luggages to the shuttle bus area. Very good service! Would highly recommend!

The location of this hotel is just off the Main Street in snow town. Very convenient location, extremely friendly staff members and adequate and yummy breakfast. Room is modern and comfortable, water is hot and plentiful, definitely appreciated during the bitterly cold months. Price is on the high side but that’s the price to pay during peak season. Overall a highly enjoyable place to stay!
