The Room Is big, very spacious, the hotel is really well located with a lot of cafes/restaurants around. Decent hotel overall just a bit noisy on the road side.

I had just two hours of sleep. Me and my partner could hear every single thing that happened in the hallway. First at 5 am a Chinese man decided to turn on his phone loudspeaker and talk in the hallway. After asking if he could quiet down or go somewhere else another chinese woman decided to do the exact same thing at 6 am. It's extremely frustrating and the bedsheets chair was dirty. To top it off the cleaner started to play extremely loud music at 10 am. I was so tired and do not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a good night sleep.

This hotel is right in the city center, in Hai Phong's most bustling area, with many Chinese guests. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The front desk even has Mandarin-speaking staff, making it a truly excellent hotel.

The overall experience was excellent! The room was clean and bright, and the hygiene was top-notch. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and responsive. The location is convenient for both getting around and finding food. Definitely great value for money, five-star recommendation!
