Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel

Extremely high-end, and the rooms are very spacious. It's the best hotel in Haiphong. They gave us an upgrade, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning.

New hotel, the room was fantastic! Clean, tidy, and well-equipped facilities. The staff were very enthusiastic, and the breakfast was plentiful. A great choice for business trips in the morning, definitely won't go wrong. Overall, very good!

On a business trip to Hai Phong, this is the best hotel in the vicinity. There aren't many dining options nearby that suit my taste, but the service is quite good.

The hotel is quite new, and the overall environment is comfortable with high-end facilities. My stay was initially very pleasant. However, something very troublesome happened during check-in. Without my confirmation, the front desk staff directly charged my room fee to a previously saved credit card (did the card machine automatically store the credit card information?). However, I had already prepaid my room fee through Trip, so it shouldn't have been charged again. And they shouldn't have processed the charge without my confirmation and signature. Fortunately, I noticed it immediately and reported it on the spot. But then they said they couldn't process a refund immediately and it had to go through the finance department. So, I asked them to send an email confirming the double charge and promising a refund, as it would be quite inconvenient to deal with a double charge after leaving the hotel. This incident prevented me from enjoying my breakfast properly. I suggest the hotel strengthen its payment procedures. Any credit card charges or debits should always be confirmed with the guest first to avoid double billing and to build trust in payment security among travelers.

The hotel is located in the city center, offering an excellent location within walking distance of both the train station and museums. Additionally, the rooms are very spacious and modern. The hotel breakfast provides a wide variety of delicious options, including many authentic Vietnamese dishes.

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding, and everything was absolutely wonderful. They even gave us a complimentary 'Happy Wedding' cake! 😍

Great location, excellent service, and breakfast was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel first for my business trips from now on.
