check in is tricky since they don't have a office once i arrive i need to go to 2nd floor to check in .They have multiple home apartment so they will choose one for you.Location is great with vincom 5 minutes away the area is the most clean i seem in haiphong

Pros:
- Super friendly staff
- Quiet and comfortable location near Vincom center-
- Easy to get anywhere by motorbike
- Has microwave, washing machine and refrigerator
- Many restaurants nearby
- Convenience store hi just a block away
Cons:
- No elevator from first to second floor, if you have a large luggage will to carry to second floor
- wifi not working the first 3 nights and start to work on the last night of my stay

배정받은 아파트는 2층이 엘레베이터가 시작인 곳으로 2층까지의 계단을 캐리어를 들고 올라가야했습니다.
체크인할때는 도와주시는 분이 계셨고, 체크아웃시에는 개별적으로 했기 때문에 조금 고생스럽긴 했네요.
다른 방으로 배정받으면 또 어떨지는 모르겠습니다.
방은 크고 수납장이 많아 좋았습니다
하지만 사진과 다르게 조금 낡고 관리가 안 된 부분이 좀 있어서 깨끗한 퀄리티는 좀 기대하기 힘듭니다..
청소아주머니가 청소는 해주시지만 쓰레기비워주심과 수건과 휴지제공정도이고..
샤워기 필터교체 여부는 확인해보시는 것이 좋을 것 같아요.
포트나 주방용품은 사용하기 어렵습니다. 참고하시라고 적습니다..
위치는 좋았습니다.
가까이에 마트,식당,유니클로등이 있는 몰이 있고, 작은 마트,약국도 인근에 있어요
장기투숙이라 몇 가지 부탁을 드렸고
소음과 개인적 컴플레인도 나름대로 정중하게 했다고 생각을 했는데도 투숙 후반대의 응대는 좀 그랬습니다.
개인적으로는 다음엔 다른 곳으로 묵어야 할 것 같다고 생각했습니다.
