Excellent apartment for a large family. We booked it after a Ha Long Bay cruise, before our flight to Da Nang. The location is great: it's about a 10-minute walk to Aeon Mall and a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the airport. The mall has a good selection of shops and a large supermarket. There's a bank right in the apartment building, but its weekend hours are shorter, closing at 12:00 PM. The apartment has everything you need. The bedding is clean, and the bathroom provides toiletries. There's a washing machine and all the necessary detergents. Air conditioners are in every room, keeping the apartment at a comfortable temperature. The building also has a spa and a coffee shop.

The apartment was clean and tidy, well-equipped with dishes and cutlery available. The service was excellent. Definitely worth staying again!

Great environment, excellent service, and convenient access to dining and other amenities.

This is a good place for a business trip. Although it does not offer breakfast like a hotel, there are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and a Korean mart (K-mart) right in front, so you can easily purchase Korean food.

I really need to give this serviced apartment a proper review. The facilities are new and have everything you need. The location is great, and transportation is very convenient. There's even a completely Chinese supermarket downstairs—so much so that all the instructions and even the checkout system are in Chinese. Transportation is extremely convenient; it's easy to walk to both the city center and the airport. Now, let's talk about the oddities. Check-in is at 2 PM, not even a minute early, or you'll have to pay extra. This is pretty much the rule in most Vietnamese hotels, so I won't go into detail. A 500,000 VND deposit is required upon check-in. Upon check-out, you'll be charged for leaving a towel on the floor, using kitchen utensils that haven't been washed, or forgetting to turn off any appliances. While the price is reasonable, those planning to stay here should probably consider this carefully.
