Clean hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Recommended for short trips as well as long-term bookings.

The staff is very attentive and friendly, the facilities are normal standard

The counter staff and the breakfast chef at the hotel restaurant spoke Korean, so it was easy to communicate and they were friendly. The room was also clean and quiet.

The hotel has been open for a long time, the decoration is a bit old, the breakfast is not much, mainly bread, there is not much choice

It is located in the middle of Koreatown, so the location is very good. There are about 3 Korean supermarkets within walking distance. It is not too far from Haiphong Airport, Go Haiphong Mart (Big C), Aeon Mall, etc. The hotel is divided into 2 buildings. The building with the main front desk where you check in/out is the building listed on the reservation site. It mainly has regular hotel rooms, and there is a small swimming pool and a breakfast restaurant on the 8th floor. The other building is located diagonally to the left across the main road from the building with the front desk. It mainly has residence-type apartments and a small gym. I stayed in the apartment, and it was comfortable because it had everything I needed, such as a refrigerator, washing machine, closet, safe, microwave, electric kettle, sink, and dishes. (There was no drying rack, but they brought it if you asked.) The room was very large and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the air conditioning was pleasant. The water pressure in the bathroom and shower was good. The swimming pool was small, but the water quality was clean and deep enough, so it was good for swimming. However, since the breakfast restaurant is right in front, it would be better to use it when there are no people in the restaurant so as not to feel awkward. There are seats near the pool, a small shower room, a changing room, a toilet, and towels are also provided. Breakfast is included for the cheap price, and it is more delicious than you think. The chef, who looks like a warm Chinese(?) lady, cooks. There are not many dishes, but it is enough to fill you up and the taste is good. I especially inhaled the rice noodles every day. The hotel staff are not very good at English, but they are kind and try their best to help customers. After I checked out, I was waiting for the limousine bus to Hanoi, but the bus did not pick me up and just left. When I asked for help, they checked the information on the bus app and called the bus driver, the platform service manager, and the bus company manager to help me catch the next bus. They also checked the vehicle number and expected arrival time of the pickup vehicle and told me so that I would not miss the bus. If those staff members hadn't been there, I would have missed my flight from Hanoi. Thank you so much! Here are some of the cons: - The room key is not a card key. You have to open and lock it with a key, which is a bit inconvenient. - The view from the window is a construction site, so there is nothing to see and the air is stuffy, so I always kept the window closed and the curtains drawn. - The gym is too small and stuffy, so it's just for show. - In the case of apartment buildings, you can't search for hotel addresses or locations on Google or Zalo. So it's a bit difficult to call a Grab or order food delivery. You have to call the hotel on the other side where the address and location are listed and go there, or you have to explain for a long time that it's the building on the other side. - Another issue with apartment buildings is that due to the nature of Vietnamese architecture(?) where the first floor is open to the outside, the security guard lowers the main shutter at the entrance to the building around midnight to 1 AM for security reasons. Of course, if you ring the doorbell, he comes out and opens it, but since there was no explanation when checking in, I was really confused at first. I didn't even know where the doorbell was. I felt bad that I had to wake the security guard whenever I came home late from playing. The hotel building across the street has a front desk staff and the building shape is different, so it is open 24 hours, making it easy to come and go. I mentioned some of the disadvantages, but they were not really that inconvenient to stay. I think it is a very good place to stay for the price, and I can recommend it. However, it is better to avoid it for women or families traveling. That is not the problem with this hotel, but because the entire alley (Korean-Japanese Street, Bancao Street) is a crowded area with massage parlors, karaoke rooms, karaoke bars, and bars. For women or families traveling, I recommend finding a place to stay in an area with Aeon Mall or Vincom Plaza.

A decent hotel. I didn't know it would be located right in the middle of Koreatown. But the room condition and other things are all fine. The pool is a bit small and the breakfast is a bit lacking. The location is everything. It's close to Aeon Mall and 8 minutes to the airport. Crazy location choice. Good.
