Atour Hotel (Haifeng West Road, Wuyue Square ，Hai Yan )

The front desk lady was very nice, a great experience. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with fresh fruit, milk, and coffee – absolutely perfect. The entire hotel, including the lobby, hallways, restaurant, small garden, guest rooms, and all corners, was completely odor-free. The room itself had no smell, and the shower room was also odor-free, with excellent water pressure. The shower is a wet/dry separation design, and the showerhead works wonderfully with a very strong flow. The shower room door is great, and both the shower room and the main room doors offer good sound insulation. The hotel was very clean, and the room, windows, and overall hotel have excellent soundproofing.

Xingxing's service attitude is very good. They greet everyone when entering and leaving, and respond to any questions promptly. The room is nice, takeout can be delivered to the room by robot, there are many breakfast options on the fourth floor, and there is also a gym and laundry room. The facilities are complete!

The layout of the guest room is simple and warm, the environment is clean and tidy, the waiter is warm and welcoming, and the handsome boy named Lemon is especially kind. He poured tea and arranged the room in one go. Here, I would like to thank this handsome boy and stay at Atour Hotel if I have the opportunity to visit Haiyan.

The service provided by Lemon at the front desk was very thoughtful. The bedding in the room was comfortable, clean and tidy, which was very good.
