晚上八時才到達酒店check in，前台客服未能回答清楚我的查詢， 房間很大, 床舖相對較細， 男士超過六尺一定不能伸展， 最後以梳化作為床舖， 早上的自助早餐是一個驚喜，但只有一個小時的用餐時間就較為趕急，餐廳最後的早餐時間直至九點半， 期望下次會有更好的體驗

設施還是挺新的，大正和平成兩種風格的温泉各有特色吧，這次住的是大正風格的房間，希望下次有機會可以住住平成風格的。窗外望出去的海景還算ok，畢竟離海邊還有一小段距離。唯一不滿意的是房間內的空調不能調節，室內不開窗的話非常悶熱🥵，我甚至要脱衣服睡覺，室外再冷也應該把室內温度調節的權利交給客人，每個人對温度的體感並不一樣

Great stay.
Huge room. Very very clean. And it so great I booked a room with private Onsen bath.
Staff were extremely polite. Just the buffet dinner was good but under what I expected.

用完晚餐回房間打開被子，居然有件浴衣蓋一個範圍不算小的血漬區塊，發生在收費高的日本旅館，令人不敢想像，想反應但旅館1 F接待處居然沒有人，等了一會兒只出現一位老先生，雖然最後換了房，但對於不會說英文的飯店人員和令人失望的房務品質這二點非常失望。
