fav HAKODATE

The hotel is firstly in a fantastic location, only seconds walk to the morning market and a couple of minutes walk to the train station. There is a Lawson just over the road. The check in process was really efficient, you can create a QR code before your arrival which acts as your room key. The staff were really lovely and there is a great coffee shop attached to the hotel with a nice seating area. The room itself was huge, enormous by Japan standards. The room was really modern and had everything you could possibly need. We were so happy we chose this hotel.

The hotel room is clean and new. The location was good. However, the air conditioning was a nightmare to us. It doesn’t allow manual control. It on and off automatically

There was a friendly staff to assist with checking in. The staff helped to exchange coins for laundry and patiently helped with the operation of the washing machine. During check out, the staff helped to called for a taxi and confirmed the destination with the driver when the taxi arrived. He was very thoughtful and meticulous.

This is the best hotel in Hakodate! The prices is quite cheap but everything is so good! Staffs are very nice kind and really friendly! The room is very big and clean too! I will staying this hotel if I go back to Hakodate again!
