#positive #I was happy with the Location, Corridor Soundproofing, Natural Light in the Room; Next to the scenic spot, trains and buses are convenient. Gora Gin Tofu is very close to the hotel, which is very good. The handsome guy Rio at the front desk is warm and thoughtful.

Avoid this place - December 2023 We are well traveled throughout Japan and this is the worst place we have stayed in. The place needs a good clean and repairs (see pics). The noise from other guests doesn’t stop until 11pm and the smell of sewage is strong in the L2 corridor. Just don’t - you can do better elsewhere.

Beautiful spacious room, very accesible from station, friendly staff who kept our luggage early so we could explore more comfortable.

Great option in Hakone. It’s right next to Gora station so perfect for the cable car etc. the communal areas are nice and our room was clean. The balcony was a bonus, although more for drying laundry than sitting on! The roof terrace was good, but in need of a bit of work /TLC - still a nice place to eat your breakfast!

You can't use the bath. You can enjoy billiards and table tennis. The room is clean. There are other people in the shared space, so you have to be careful. You have to use one toilet and one washroom. Recommended for those who want a quiet, simple stay without meals, and those who want to be close to the station. It's inconvenient that there is no toilet in the room.
