The onsen is the best part of this hotel as well as location. Tbh it was a pretty old building, the bathroom smelled really bad so I had to brush my teeth in onsen area instead. The service was great, they are quite friendly and helpful.

Not worth the price, I'm not sure why it's so expensive. The room was tiny and the facilities were old. I booked this room and it was in a separate building, so I had to go outside and cross to the opposite side, although it was quite close. To go to the hot springs and then back to the main building. There's not much to do around here either. The bus routes were unclear, and I ended up taking the wrong bus, which forced me to experience various modes of transport in one day: trams, buses, boats, cable cars, and a mountain climbing cable car...

My friends booked three single rooms for our trip. The rooms were clean, and we could use the hot springs at the main building across the street. The value for money was excellent! They even gave us complimentary steamed buns every day, which was a lovely, warm touch. Highly recommend for a stay in Hakone!

Great location, only 3 minutes from the train station. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel is the low budget part of the hotel opposite. However, you can use the onsen and the facilities of the other part of the hotel for free. The Onsen is a bit small, but nicely designed and wasn't too crowded. The service is really nice and helpful. The room was really small, but sufficient for one night. The air conditioning is unfortunately directly above the bed and the bathroom is really extremely small. There was some mold visible in the bathroom, otherwise it was very clean. The price was very low. I can only recommend the hotel.

Excellent! It's very close to Yumoto Station, which makes sightseeing super convenient. The hot spring bath is superb. They even give you a free Hakone Manju every day, and it's delicious. The room was clean and quiet. Highly recommended if you're visiting Hakone.
