The room was really spacious and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, they also offer shuttle services for restaurants, train stations etc making it very convenient despite the location

Because it was close to Togendai Port, we took the hotel's shuttle bus! It was the best. It was the best hot spring trip, as I could enjoy the open-air hot springs in peace. It was the best. The accommodations were cheaper than the surrounding area, but I was impressed by the high-quality hot springs and great location. It was the best.

The room was quite spacious! There was an open-air hot spring! The facilities were a bit old, but they still had their charm! The location was a bit out of the way; we drove there. There were no convenience stores nearby.

The staff were all very kind and I had a comfortable stay every day. Thank you. It's a clean, classic hotel, and many of the guests were laid-back, so I felt very relaxed. I went sightseeing during the day, but next time I think it would be nice to relax on the lounge's veranda. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. I loved the curry and stew. I arrived in Hakone by public transportation, so it was very convenient that the hotel's free shuttle service ran from Togendai until the evening. The shuttle service to Togendai after check-out was also very convenient. There was something like a bus stop near the hotel, so next time I would like to check the bus schedule so that I can enjoy sightseeing more flexibly. There didn't seem to be any restaurants nearby, so I'll do some research on that next time.

The rooms were very clean, and the service was friendly and polite. There was also an open-air bath, which was very relaxing. To get to the inn, it's best to use a car or shuttle bus.
