Great Hotel with a stunning view. The service was great and we were welcomed in English, so check in and check out were not a problem. Staff was also really helpful when we had questions. Only thing to consider might be, that the Hotel is not easy to reach. We have to walk around 15 minutes by foot from the bus stop on the road. I believe there are shuttles but we didn't use it. For us it was no problem but might be difficult for older people or with little babies. Also we heard steps from the room above us in our room and people talking from rooms next to us while in the private onsen, since the terraces are basically next to each other. I recommend to eat outside since there are many great and affordable options in walkable reach. All in all, very nice stay and I can only recommend.

Excellent new onsen hotel in Hakone . The staff super friendly and helpful., the ambience and environment are very soothing. We had agreed to stay and highly recommend to those who are driving to Hakone.

The hotel is new and the service is excellent. The balcony offers a private hot spring bath with a pleasant view. Dinner was also good, a standard Italian-style meal. While it might seem like it wasn't enough, I was still full after each course. The indoor pool is also a nice touch.

New, fresh, stylish, with a wonderful onsen hotel! We regretted that we did not stay a couple more days. Dinner was delicious. The only minus is breakfast. Did not please at all(

This hot spring hotel is amazing. We booked 4 rooms for 5 people. Each room has a hot spring pool. The room is large, the breakfast and dinner are very rich, and the service is very thoughtful. I feel that I booked too little and should stay two more nights next time. It is very comfortable to soak in the hot spring in the room and look at the scenery outside.

When we arrived, the room given to us was not lifted, I requested to have a lift room, the shop said tonight is full, if there is a lift room to pay extra, I think it is unreasonable, why not inform us before we arrived, and asked the manager to explain, finally the manager did not appear, never encountered this treatment in Japan (Napel), and finally when we left the shop, there was no one to help pick up our luggage and get on the bus😡

We had to take a small train to get to the hotel, and then we booked the hotel to pick us up by car. The room facilities and services were very good, and the hot springs were also great. The children said they would come again next time.
