The service of the hotel was terrible! We’ve arrive early in the morning and would like to drop off our luggage and confirm the time for dinner and breakfast for the other morning, the reception told us it’s check out time, we can confirm the time when we come back, we told the reception we’ll be back late and want to confirm now cause if we back late and there would be no slot for us to choose but we still got rejected. We arrived arrived around 6pm and check in , the other reception told us either dinner and breakfast time slot are full, we can only take what they arrange! Which really pissed us off! And there’s no facility at all, no shuttle bus ! Will never stay in this hotel again !

The room is spacious and onsen in-room is fantastic. The dinner buffet was good although it is not what I expected to have unlimites long hair crab legs. The breakfast is buffet style and just so so. The overall experience is okay however the hotel is at the bottom of the road. if u do not have a car I wouldn't recommend to choose this hotel.

We booked a room with an open-air onsen and tatami mats. By the time we finished dinner, the futons were already laid out. There are also large public baths, both indoor and outdoor, which are very comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style with a good variety of dishes. The steak, shrimp, and sashimi were all very fresh and excellent. After a dip in the hot spring, I bought a bottle of milk from the vending machine and relaxed on a massage chair – it was truly wonderful. We were a bit rushed this time and didn't get to explore the hotel's surroundings properly. I'll definitely come back again.

Great place for the onsen! it's really worth it as you get access to the multiple onsen facilities at the onsen park which is quite huge. We got Senyu, the one with an indoor hot spring bath. Rooms are huge and clean, bath looks a bit aged with mould at the wooden portion. Location is not ideal for accessibility to the train station but there is a shuttle bus which costs 200 yen. Interval is not fantastic though

Booked with private onsen - best part of the hotel! The public onsen was never busy when we went and perfectly enjoyable. The nearby one that guests have access too offers more onsen options and is worth the 3 minute walk over. As others say, the buffet isn’t great. Most food is cold - so pick options you expect to be so (sushi etc) for the best option. The service was very good and the staff very helpful and friendly.
