For just over 1,000 HKD, getting a private onsen and breakfast included is incredibly good value. The room was very elegant, and the onsen was spacious enough for two. The Japanese-style breakfast was fresh and delicious, and they even had free-flow alcohol. The staff were very attentive and made our stay truly enjoyable. My husband and I were very pleased!

The service was terrible, especially the server Ogawa at the annex restaurant. The room was like a freezer, and the air conditioning was so noisy I couldn't sleep. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Dinner looked fancy, but none of it tasted good, and the main course fish wasn't fresh. They started rushing us out before we even finished eating. A Japanese waitress named Ogawa had a particularly awful attitude. I do not recommend.

The breakfast was nice, but the service was really bad, not only were they not trained in English, (which in my case was fine because I study here), they were also impatient and downright rude sometimes, the location was alright with a bus stop nearby, though I do reccomend renting a car because it is quite far out from other places

This onsen ryokan in the mountains was incredibly comfortable! Both dinner and breakfast were superb and plentiful, and the room was exceptionally cozy. It provided a much-needed relaxation break during my journey from Tokyo to Kyoto. I'd love to bring my family here next time for a similar experience.

Clean and tidy, and the hotel is literally a one-minute walk from the station, which is super convenient. The breakfast and dinner were also good.

It was a very quaint and luxurious boutique ryokan. Private onsen in the room was great - welcome drinks bar was also superb. The provided meals were elaborate and delicious! The only problem was that the hot water in the room shower wasn’t working - it was very cold. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
