The accommodation offers a beautiful view and a very pleasant atmosphere. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly newly renovated. Everything feels modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and beautiful place to relax.

Nice clean large room. Common baths were clean Need a car to get around the different ski resorts. Breakfast was quick and easy.

It's a really good place to stay for your skiing trip to Hakuba. But it's not in the main town, it's too far to walk so you can take the morning and afternoon shuttle bus (set times) provided by the lodge or an Uber for around 1900 yen≥ The rooms are really good size and comfortable, the public baths were clean and very pleasant. The breakfast was not really suitable for vegans, we had white bread, jam and green salad most mornings. If you're vegetarian they provide egg. The free tea and coffee was nice and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

This place boasts an excellent location for anyone coming to Hakuba to ski. It's just a short walk to the Happo-One bus stop, making it super convenient to get to all the different ski resorts. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond, offering detailed ski information, equipment rental recommendations, and even helping with transfers. This kind of thoughtful 'insider guide' really made the trip much smoother and hassle-free. 🍱 Cozy & Clean The rooms are simple but exceptionally clean and tidy, and the beds provide great support – which is crucial for recovering after a day on the slopes. The common areas are immaculately maintained, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Spending evenings in the living room, sharing skiing experiences with fellow skiers from around the world, was honestly the most memorable part of the whole trip.

Very good accommodation, good room, very lovely staff!!! Friendly, kind, can speak English fluently. If I come back to this city again, I will definitely come back here again. The room is very good, hot heater, hot water, there is a bathtub to soak in, delicious breakfast. When we went it was winter, the accommodation will have a pick up service to the station area, but when we went there were few people, so they took us to the tourist area as well. And in the evening, they picked us up and returned to the accommodation, including dropping us off so we could catch a bus to go to another city.
