Hotel at a very beautiful location. hall in tirol thaur bahnhst just 5 min walk away and Innsbruck station 8 min from train. Hotel was clean and service good. The only thing it could have some more amenities like a kettle for tea and coffee This hotel is set in a beautiful location, just a 5-minute walk from the hall in tirol thaur bahnhst station and only an 8-minute train ride from Innsbruck station. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and efficient service. The only small downside was the lack of a few extra amenities, such as a kettle for making tea or coffee in the room. There were also a few restaurants nearby and a grocery store in the same building Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

The hotel and location were quite nice! It's only few minutes away from the city and the Swarovski World

Stayed at Hwest Hotel — clean rooms and convenient with a grocery store downstairs, but sadly, that’s where the perks end. It’s far from the city, with the bus and train station a tiring 8–10 min walk away. Lost my earphones here too, and unfortunately, they were never found. The place felt pretty boring overall, and breakfast was just average. Wouldn’t really stay again unless I had no choice.

Stayed for one night. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there was no kettle in the room, and we had to pay a €10 deposit at reception to get one. Overall, it was a comfortable short stay.

The check-in time is incredibly tight. Even though there's a self-check-in machine, I can't check in after 8 p.m. I called the security guard and told him, but he refused. Fortunately, I was able to get in after pleading my case.

There is an underground garage for a fee. The breakfast is OK. It is a 10-minute drive from Innsbruck. Overall it is good and the price is cheap.

I booked this accommodation and it was beautiful and very clean, thank God.

Normal is not bad, not very good either, it's ok for a one night stay.

It was clean and I think I'll come back again next time.

Got a lot of hair in new room….. Curtains didn’t fit completely…. Reported to reception, manager wasn’t present but 4 young ladies were.,….

Good priced school, adequate location The staff speaks well. The bedroom is passable.
